Let’s get you started! It’s as easy as 1 – 2 – 3!

STEP 1. Once registered you will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to access your Training Materials and order the included equipment (Gloves or Bands)

STEP 2. Starting today, you can login to our Education Center where you will follow a step-by-step lesson plan. Each lesson is yours to keep and you'll be able to refer back to it whenever you want, so take as much time as you need! Our self-study course consists of video tutorials, research-based evidence, the science behind the PILOXING® approach to fitness and images to help guide you.

STEP 3. By the end of the course, you will be equipped to teach your first PILOXING® SSP class. Pass the final written exam and you’re ready to practice, practice, practice!

Are you not able to register for this workshop because we have a local workshop in your area? Then please search for and register to the instructor training workshop in your country.
