Trisha fell in love with Piloxing SSP in 2014 when she stumbled across it at the Arnold Sports Festival in Columbus, OH. 3 years later in 2017 she was certified in Piloxing SSP and began teaching classes. Many years and moves across the country later and she still loves it. Trisha promotes an inclusive environment and the piloxing mentality of strength from the inside out.
