Rasidah is the PILOXING Senior Master Trainer Asia of all the 6 programs in PILOXING She is also an American Council on Exercise ACE Group Fitness Instructor Lecturer She is a certified ACE Personal Trainer and many other group fitness programs She has done various PILOXING instructor Trainings and Masterclasses in Singapore and the regional countries like Indonesia Taiwan and China She is a nurse by training She is a mother of 3 kids Her passion is to inspire and encourage everyone to lead an active healthy lifestyle and have fun at the same time
