From my childhood I started with classic ballet, followed by modern dance and later I was aerobic instructor. After finishing the university my job as Neurologist got priority. Six years ago I got in touch with piloxing and I catched fire. Now after 25 Years I started my piloxing instructor education and teaching again. It is so much fun and helps me keeping my fitness. I also hope that I can motivate people every age to start this superb training for their fitness and health.
