IF you have decided to continue with the CANCELATION of your membership, please check the box below. Do not check this box if you wish to place your PIA membership in a FREEZE or INACTIVE Status.

I have read and understand the cancelation terms below and wish to proceed canceling my membership.

Canceling your PIA membership will mean that you are NO LONGER LICENSED TO TEACH PILOXING PROGRAMS, as your certificate will officially expire. Your online account will be closed and you will no longer have access to content posted during your membership term.

If you wish to teach again you will have 2 options:

1- RE-TAKE the certification workshop

2- RE-JOIN PIA. In order to do so, you must first PASS a recertification test. There is a one time processing fee of $25.
