The Piloxing Academy is currently offering Piloxing Level One Instructor Training Workshops.

Piloxing is an exciting, new inter-disciplinary program that uniquely mixes Pilates and boxing moves into a calorie blasting, muscle toning, core-centric interval workout, guaranteed to whip your students into shape, using a class format that’s both fun and challenging. In this 9-hour hands-on workshop intensive, you’ll learn the foundation, training methodology, concepts, principles and moves that make Piloxing such an effective, in-demand program. We will provide you with all the tools and resources you will need to teach a successful Pilxoing Level One class.
